Essential Functions:
Meets or exceed Stonhard's minimum activity standards for quotes and orders as set by Stonhard sales management.
Perform project manager responsibilities at the installation site and coordinate the work to be performed with an approved Stonhard installation crew/CMG (requires occasional weekend and holiday work). Maintains accurate files and records involving Stonhard accounts through Stonhard's Salesforce CRM system. Monitors customers' accounts receivables and is responsible for the follow-up of same.
Minimum Requirements:
Two (2) plus related experience, preferably in industrial, construction or commercial industry. Spend a minimum of 4 days per week in the field with Stonhard customers. Required travel can be up to 50%/time in the field. Ability to proactively identify opportunities and quickly implement solutions. Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills. Must be very flexible and able to work in a self-directed, rapidly changing environment.
