JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This position performs diagnostic various onsite inspections for customers as well as other inspection services
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform/assist with diagnostic roof inspections, including Infrared, Nuclear, visual, & other inspection services, along with related information gathering and verification tasks.
Work with Lead Diagnostics Technician Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary. Assist with the Quality Control (QC) process of all diagnostic jobs, including the proper documentation, to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer was fully satisfied. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all diagnostic related matters. Serve as a contact for the office personnel if there are any problems concerning a diagnostic issue. Project a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while completing services for a customer. In conjunction with the Manager of Diagnostic Services, assist in the training of other field personnel on diagnostic tools, techniques, processes, etc. Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Participate in all safety trainings and complete any required documentation. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the Manager of Diagnostic Services or the VP of General Services

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within their respective region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate with the Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) for staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) in their respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for the highest profitability.
Collaborate with other Supervisors as necessary.
Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process in conjunction with the Quality Control Specialist (QCS) of all the Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to current and previous job sites and proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet the required percentage.
The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel.
Field all questions and concerns from the Field Reps and handle all discrepancies between the Field Reps and the Sales Reps.
Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, text message, voicemail, or in person) with the customers, Sales Reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters.
Be the primary contact for the office personnel if there are any issues concerning a Field Rep.
Ensure all Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer.
Conduct and/or assist with the training (both hands-on field training and classroom setting) for the Field Reps, according to the WTI Training Policy, to include:
Proper completion of all services and related paperwork.
Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region.
Approval and certification of each Field Rep, including, but not limited to, OSHA Hazard Awareness, Toolbox Talks, etc.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of all services provided.
Manage, monitor, and document the performance of Field Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with the Regional Business Manager (RBM) and HR as needed.
Work with the HR and Recruiting department to hire all new personnel.
Ensure all required paperwork is submitted to the corporate office on a timely basis.
Conduct new employee orientation for all new hires, including training on all company policies, administrative processes, procedures, and required technical and safety information.
Handle all administrative matters and corresponding paperwork within the region, including, but not limited to, expense management, monthly sales projections, Field Tech time management, status reports, bidding jobs with Reps, large job sign-offs, project documentation, etc.
Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team.
Attend all required calls and meetings.
Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the RBM.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
30-hour OSHA certification (The company will provide it if needed.)
Registered Roof Observer (RRO) is preferred but not required. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive our clients growth, forge new strategic partnerships, and expand our market presence.
This is a pivotal role requiring close collaboration with their senior leadership team, hence a base in and around the Cirencester area is essential.
Business Development Manager Overview:
As our Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying and securing new business opportunities within the precision machining subcontract market.
Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to expand our client base in new and existing markets.
- Identifying and qualifying leads, building a robust pipeline of potential clients seeking precision machining services.
- Cultivating strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries (e.g., aerospace, automotive, medical, defence).
- Presenting our advanced capabilities and tailored solutions, demonstrating a clear understanding of client technical requirements.
- Preparing compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet ambitious sales targets.
- Collaborating closely with the senior leadership, engineering, and production teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Business Development Manager Requirements:
You are a self-starter with a proven track record in Business Development, specifically within the precision machining subcontract sector.
- Essential: Significant experience in a Business Development or Sales role focused on precision machining for subcontract manufacturing.
- Crucial: Previous hands-on experience in machining (CNC Turning, Milling, Grinding, EDM) or sheet metal fabrication.
This practical background is vital for understanding client needs and technical discussions.
- Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish lasting professional relationships.
- Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Resides in or is willing to relocate to the Cirencester area to facilitate regular collaboration with the senior leadership team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Desirable:⦁ Fluency in any other European language⦁ Experience within the inbound tourism industry in the UK and Ireland
