This company manufactures a variety of metal tubing and assemblies, and they can offer a great working environment.
Duties:
- Goods in receipt from internal and external sources
- Transportation of stock between sites
- Monitor and track shipments, update status, and any delays
- Be able to work with limited support
- Understand specifications and technical drawings
- Using hand tools e.g.
Hacksaw, files
- Stock takes 4 times a year
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolves issues
- Operating basic machinery e.g.
bandsaw, pillar drill, linishers
- Working across various departments assisting as and when needed
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Previous stores experience
- Computer literate
- Goods in/out experience
- Dispatch experience would be desirable
