RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting, Analytics & Insights Lead all marketing reporting efforts, attending cross-functional meetings and consolidating reports across PR, Media, Social Media, Digital Hub, Website, SEO, and other marketing channels. Synthesize marketing media data into actionable insights, tailoring reports and presentations to meet the needs of diverse audiences-ranging from high-level executive summaries to retailer-specific breakdowns. Monitor and interpret marketing media data trends, providing strategic recommendations to guide team decisions and optimize campaign performance. Educate internal stakeholders on marketing and media KPIs and performance metrics, increasing organizational understanding of what they mean, why they matter, and how to take action based on the data. Establish and uphold standardized reporting processes, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across all marketing media analytics outputs. Project manage reporting timelines and deliverables, ensuring insights are delivered accurately and on time. Maintain centralized access to marketing dashboards and reports, promoting transparency and ease of access across the organization. 2.
Media Execution Assist in the collection and handoff of campaign assets, timelines, and performance expectations across internal and external teams, ensuring alignment and timely execution within retail media channels. Play a key role in campaign post-analysis efforts by gathering media performance data, synthesizing retailer-specific insights, and delivering actionable takeaways to inform future investment and creative strategy. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to enhance the quality of briefs, ensuring clarity of objectives, data-informed targeting strategies, and a consistent brand voice across platforms. 3.
Cross-Functional Alignment & Liaison Work Serve as the primary data liaison for the Demand Generation and Integrated Communications teams, ensuring alignment across all marketing functions. Act as a bridge between the Demand Generation and Digital Hub teams, facilitating seamless communication and alignment on shared initiatives. 4.
Campaign Development & Strategy Support Partner closely with product marketing teams to assist in the development of integrated campaigns, serving as a cross-functional liaison between Rust-Oleum and external media agency partners to ensure strategic and executional alignment. Provide strategic and analytical support during campaign development phases, collaborating with brand and product teams to help shape briefs, refine messaging, and align marketing objectives with performance outcomes. Support go-to-market efforts by coordinating campaign timelines, aligning cross-functional teams, and managing the operational flow between insights, creative, and media teams. 5.
Tools, Data Integration & Broader Insights Collaborate closely with media agency partners and MMX, aligning on performance metrics, campaign evaluations, and optimization strategies. Integrate GA4, PriceSpider, and content performance data with media results, clearly articulating ROI and marketing effectiveness. Partner with Insights and Category Management teams, campaign reporting, and other department analytics.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field Experience using digital advertising/social media channels, tools, techniques and best practices for business Experience analyzing marketing data and social/PR analytics and identifying/communicating key insights Working knowledge of web, search and social analytics tools; experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or Pinterest Analytics a plus

JOB PURPOSE:
The customer is everything at Rust-Oleum and our Customer Service Representatives take first class care of them.
They roll up their sleeves and handle anything requested by our field sales reps and our B2B customers (dealers and distributors) that will keep orders on-track and on-time.
Upon completion of the training program, this rep will work 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engage with our sales reps and B2B customers via various methods, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate and detailed information about our products, services, pricing, and promotions.
Assist customers in order status, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
Troubleshoot and resolve order issues, collaborating with internal teams as needed to ensure swift resolutions.
Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our system.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to process improvements.
Educate customers on product features and usage to maximize their satisfaction and engagement.
REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years call center customer service, sales support or B2B Account Management experience
High School (or equivalent) Some College preferred
Strong Excel skills; SAP experience preferred
Effective communications skills - verbal and written
Grace under pressure - remain positive and focused to the task at hand
Ability to handle interactions in a diplomatic manner
Effective problem-solving skills - quick on your feet and can think outside of the box

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The General Contracting (GC) Manager oversees and manages all aspects of the General Contracting business (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc.) within the assigned region.
This will involve working with Construction Managers, CM Associates, Project Managers, Service Managers, Supervisors, Foremen, GC Superintendents, Tremco Sales Representatives, Owners, and Subcontractors to ensure projects are performed safely, meet customers' expectations, conform to contractual obligations, and meet financial objectives.
Additional duties will include participating in proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the region, also responsible for Sales & Service Support, Field Resource & Customer Management communication as necessary.
The GC Manager will create and execute training plans for new CM, CM Associate, and Project Manager positions for new employees.
With the RBM, the GC Manager is responsible for the overall profitability and performance of all GC projects in the region(s).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct WTI personnel and work cross-functionally with other Tremco and WTI external and internal departments to maximize efforts and results in sales, compliance, safety, and profitability.
Act as a liaison between headquarters and the field to ensure that effective two-way communication takes place, and that positive results are achieved.
Assess daily operational situations for crisis management, safety, and escalation protocol. Determine solutions to project issues, including but not limited to, field resource management, workload balance, job site conditions, product management issues, etc. Travel to job sites as needed to support account resources (including rooftop projects).
Travel to customer or sales meetings to support business or account activities.
Accountable for regional cost/budget variance & profitability as it relates to General Contracting. Accountable for regional Quality Assurance. Understanding of the subcontractor agreement and corrective notification measures to the subcontractor according to the executed agreement. Ensure Construction Managers are setting project timelines and goals. Identify resource or employee concerns and promptly resolve and engage appropriate HR or WTI management.
Ensure documentation of employee issues is prompt and submitted to HR.
