Tremco is looking for a Contractor Support Specialist to cover Pennsylvania.
The Contractor Support Specialist is a sales and support role, designed to generate contractor discretionary business in a specific area while providing localized technical support.
The CSS personnel will work directly alongside the contractors, focused on the restoration coatings line, to ensure that Tremco and the contractor are providing the best solutions, the best products and the best installations to our customers.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
* Ensure safe execution and delivery of all roofing services and operations.
* Provide a variety of technical training sessions in the contractor's office and field applications.
* Provide hands on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation.
* Perform roof inspections reports with written reports on condition analysis, photo documentation, recommendation and material budget estimates.
* Communicate professionally with our customers, Tremco sales representatives and regional sales managers and corporate staff.
* Complete weekly/monthly reports, sales activities, proposals and purchase orders.
* Travel within the assigned territory, complete expense reports on a timely basis.
* Pre-project field inspections and technical support including but not limited to:
* Peel tests
* Product recommendations
* Proper product installation
* Product diagnostic support to ensure the contractor is kept out of trouble in misuse of products for the situation.
* Provide an on-going sales support, training and development to the contractors, per the direction of the local sales reps.
* Be a direct line of contact to the contractors in the designated area, per the local sales reps, to maintain a good working relationship with the existing contractor base, keeping them informed and trained on Tremco s product line and new products introduced.
* Develop new contractors in the area, per the local sales team, by training on product systems and their usage.
Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:
* High School diploma or GED
* Associate s degree (AAS), or Trade School Certification, or Bachelor s Degree (BS) preferred.
* 5+ years of roofing sales or technical experience in the commercial market.
* 2+ years of roofing repair, troubleshooting, or field service experience.
* Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems including built-up, modified, single ply, and metal systems.
* Must have a valid drivers license and acceptable Motor Vehicle record.
* Class B CDL driver s license.
* Strong roofing or building science mechanical aptitude.
* Prior experience in a field sales and service leadership role.
* Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and learn internal business systems).
* In-depth technical understanding and extensive hands-on knowledge of applications of products.
Intimate knowledge of product line.
* History of working in a field that required autonomy and self-motivation.
* Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
* Overnight travel of up to 25% to support assigned customer accounts. The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $60,000 and $70,000.

Fugro's Marine Environmental team is seeking an Assistant Sediment and Water Quality Scientist in Portchester, Hampshire.
This is a full-time, twelve-month contract where the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting sediment analysis and water quality sampling activities, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality technical outputs.
The Marine Environmental team specialises in environmental site characterisation and environmental monitoring.
The data we collect enables our clients and regulatory organisations to fully understand the effects of developments and activities in the coastal and marine environment.
Following comprehensive training, the role involves conducting laboratory tests on marine sediment and water samples, including particle size distribution, total suspended solids and total dissolved solids and other associated tests.
It also includes performing water quality sampling for microbiological monitoring projects at schools, leisure centres and aboard cruise ships.
Additional responsibilities include administrative support and maintaining a clean, organised laboratory environment, all in alignment with Fugro's quality, health, safety, security, and environmental standards.

Here's what a typical day would be like:
You will prepare sediment and water samples from projects globally for testing and then run a series of tests as prescribed by the client;
You will conduct water quality sampling of swimming pools and potable water facilities at schools and leisure centres located around the Hampshire and West Sussex region;
You will conduct water quality sampling of recreational and potable water facilities onboard cruise ships, typically located in and around the South and South West regions;
You will contribute towards the production of sediment and water quality results and test certificates;
You will assist in maintaining UKAS (ISO: 17025) accreditation for the laboratory testing/sampling activities, including conducting standard procedures, quality control checks, equipment maintenance and laboratory records, as allocated;
You will assist in the general maintenance of the laboratory and water quality department including house-keeping, sample storage and sample tracking.
Please note that whilst this position requires a 37.5hr week, the company may be able to offer flexibility around working hours and would be happy to discuss this at interview.
However, weekend working, working away from home, and overtime will be required from time to time.
A full clean driving licence and your own transport are required

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL TASKS:
• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic

• Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks
• Lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
• Handling of freight as directed by Capstone management and customer, meeting company standards, customer time lines and maintaining a safe work environment
• Keeps site Supervisor and manager informed regarding conditions on the dock, accomplishments and concerns; contributes suggestions for improvements
• Ensures proper LOT rotation and including FIFO (first in-first out) and organic product handling and shipping process
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills
• Must be proficient in math
• Must be have forklift license
• Manage response to rapidly changing products on inbound and outbound
• Must be able to follow directions and work independently
• Verify all shipments are recorded and verified the accuracy of the shipment against the paperwork for incoming and outgoing shipments
• Requires high degree of attention, skills, and dexterity in the control of a forklift and stacking of the product on the pallet
• Transport selected product to designated dock area using power equipment.
• Handle all products so as not to injure teammates or damage the product, the bags or cases
• Comply effectively with company work and safety rules.
• Maintain a quality of work that limits mis picks, short and damages
• Comply with company attendance policy.
The warehouse Associate is responsible for loading or unloading pallets, bags and cases, on and off trailers and other vehicles by using a forklift, pallet jack or by hand.
• Warehouse associate is responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, stack, Stretch wrap and count items throughout Profile Food.
Work with direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner.
The Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform Order Filler and Checker Duties.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Graduation from high school or GED equivalent
• Previous experience in shipping, receiving or other related fields.
5 years preferred.
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Strong organizational skills
• Forklift Certified
• Strong knowledge of warehouse, inventory, and shipping operations methods and practices
• Ability to read, write and speak English required, bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Problem solving, team building, project execution and ability to multi-task
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Some standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching, handling, pushing and pulling.
Ability to lift 50lbs.
