We are partnering with a leading ServiceNow Partner that is expanding its consultancy team and seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant with fluency in Arabic.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile implementations across international markets.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations and technical solutions.
- Engage directly with Arabic-speaking clients to gather requirements and translate them into effective configurations.
- Customise ServiceNow applications using scripting (JavaScript), workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow projects.
- Support ongoing enhancements, maintenance, and client training as needed.

Requirements:

- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
- Solid hands-on experience in technical delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously or within a wider team.
