This special hospital service provides care and treatment for adult women in medium, and low secure, and psychiatric intensive care PICU) environments, who have Personality Disorder and Mental Health conditions

As the Consultant Psychiatrist your key responsibilities include:
Taking clinical responsibility for patients, including multidisciplinary ward rounds, risk reviews, strategic reviews and the development of a therapeutic milieu
Fulfilling the role of Responsible Clinician to patients detained under the Mental Health Act (1983)
Offering a psychiatric perspective to the multidisciplinary team in relation to the assessment, formulation and treatment of patients
Contributing to management meetings and clinical governance meetings for the services provided at the hospital, and contributing to the development of service strategy
Contributing to in-house training programmes within the services and offering supervision to other members of the multi-disciplinary team, particularly junior medical staff
Maintaining CPD and re-validation requirements, as determined by the Royal College of Psychiatrists or other relevant statutory bodies

Be innovative and imaginative with the ability to initiate corporate decisions
Have essential understanding of current developments in psychiatry and other aspects of mental health

The Role of the Territory Manager
Selling a range of vascular products- (Veins and Arteries).
Portfolio consists of stents, coils, wires, catheters.
Selling to Interventional Radiology, Vascular Surgeon, Consultants and Nurses (Small amount into urology).
Maintaining a Business Plan to maximise achievement of company sales, profit margins and product targets for their territory.
To have a comprehensive knowledge of the businesses of which they work within, along with regards to product ranges, technical specifications, prices, features, benefits, clinical applications and sales strategies.
Education of all customers (and team members) in the practical features, benefits, handling of product, new technologies and the techniques employed in using the equipment.
Scan for and report on competitors activity on their territory.
Promoting and where required supporting nurse study days, exhibitions and workshops on the territory.
Maintain and continue to develop the necessary skills and product knowledge by on-going self-development in the job function, to augment the training that the company provides and ensure that all company sponsored training is implemented.
Excellent professsional appearance and presentation, ensuring that the correct attire is worn for the area of work, i.e.
business suit, scrubs, etc.
To communicate regularly with the National Sales Manager and attend planned conference calls and monthly sales meetings.
Area covers the North West/M62 Corridor

Commercial Account Handler - Bradford (Hybrid)Salary: Up to £35,000 Office-based during probation, then 2 days from home
This role has come about because the brokerage is continuing to grow and is looking to add another Commercial Account Handler into their SME team in Bradford.
It's a proper broking role where you'll handle SME renewals day to day, build relationships with clients, and work closely with insurers to secure the right outcomes.
The book is varied.
Some renewals are simple, low-premium, e-trade policies, and others are more complex manual risks or portfolio-based renewals.
There is also an expectation that you support with new business as it comes in, which is a great way to broaden your product knowledge quickly.
What You'll Be Walking Into
A busy, fast-paced team that works hard but supports each other properly.
The culture is light-hearted and close-knit.
People have a laugh, look out for each other, and genuinely care about how everyone is doing.
When it gets busy, everyone pitches in.
Because of the pace and the amount you'll learn early on, new starters are expected to be in the office five days a week during the first six months.
This is how the team has found people integrate best and pick up the role quickly.
After probation, the role becomes hybrid with two days working from home and three days in the office.
Within your book of renewals, some cases are Account Executive-led.
This gives you exposure to more complex work, and in some cases, the opportunity to attend client meetings.
On your other cases, you'll be responsible for managing the relationship yourself, building rapport, understanding the client's business, and looking for cross-sell or up-sell opportunities where it makes sense.
This role suits someone who wants to be part of a team, enjoys speaking to people, and is not afraid to pick up the phone.
