JOB DESCRIPTION
The maintenance supervisor is responsible for leading the maintenance team on a day-to-day basis.
Typical daily duties include troubleshooting and repairing equipment with the maintenance technicians, updating and improving CMMS, and managing the parts inventory.
The maintenance supervisor exists to ensure that the maintenance team operates efficiently and with a high standard of work quality.
Essential Functions:
Lead daily maintenance activities. Ensure CMMS is current and orderly. Follow up on work orders to ensure sufficient work is being performed by technicians Ensure facilities are in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Troubleshoot and perform repairs to manufacturing and facility equipment as needed. Assign and schedule work as needed.
Works with planning and production team to plan major repairs.
Leads technical development of maintenance team. Collaborate with safety, production, engineering, and maintenance team to find and implement improvements to manufacturing and facility equipment. Maintain parts inventory to ensure critical spare parts are on hand.
Ensures accuracy between CMMS and physical inventory.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma 5-7 Years of Industrial Maintenance Experience Excellent leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures. Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Experience with CMMS Systems
Preferred Requirements:
5-7 years of Industrial Maintenance Experience Ability to analyze and solve problems Excellent interpersonal and delegation skills

Manufacturing Engineer Overview:

The successful Electrical Maintenance Engineer would join on a rotational shift pattern working an average of 40 hours a week.

Job Description: Electrical Maintenance Engineer The successful Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for providing both reactive & planned maintenance on high-speed production machinery.
You will be working on a mixture of Electrical & Mechanical equipment.Roles & Responsibilities: Electrical Maintenance Engineer , Conducting Electrical Maintenance on equipment such as Bearings, Pumps, Chains, valves, Single & Three phase wiring, fault finding, working on control panels, invertors, motor drives and PLC controlled equipment , Providing Mechanical breakdown and planned maintenance , Focus on the key performance indicators (KPIs) identified by the Engineering Manager, and work towards achieving and surpassing agreed targets , Ensure that all necessary documentation is up to date and complete , Foster a constructive relationship with all departments and ensure lines of communication are open and can improve the site efficiency.
Experience Required for this position: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer , Minimum 2 years' experience maintaining high speed, Automated machinery.
