Within this Private Client Solicitor position, you will be joining an expanding Litigation team who are looking for a new member due to an increased busyness in workload.
Within this role, you will be dealing with a broad spectrum of Litigated Private Client cases including:
Validity of wills and lifetime gifts
Court of Protection
Inheritance Act claims
Trust disputes
Removal of executors
Executorship disputes
Disputed Attorney/Deputy appointments
Statutory wills
Injunctions to protect estate assets
