Essential Functions:
Presents and promotes Stonhard's products and services to industrial and commercial accounts supporting Stonhard Territory Managers/Project Engineers within the region. Manage Stonhard projects utilizing TPM guidelines.
Duties and Responsibilities included (but not limited to) Material Management Schedule adherence Quality Control Installer Management Safety Forecasting/Invoice (PMF) Change Orders Post Job Reports Customer Management Daily Reports/Site Visits (with photos) Communicates closely with Stonhard Territory Managers and Sales/Construction Division team regarding project specific events, including but not limited to scheduling, labor costs and product consumption. Works closely with the installation crew in the training and proper application of Stonhard products in the Field (requires occasional weekend work). Work with direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner.
The Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform Order Filler and Checker Duties. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • Graduation from high school or GED equivalent • Previous experience in shipping, receiving or other related fields.

Perform project manager responsibilities at the installation site and coordinate the work to be performed with an approved Stonhard installation crew/CMG (requires occasional weekend and holiday work). Must be computer literate with experience using technology and customer relationship management software (Salesforce.com), and Microsoft 365. You must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
