About the Role
We're looking for an experienced engineering leader to manage our Test & Integration function, leading the successful introduction of new products into manufacturing.
This is a varied leadership role combining technical oversight, CAPEX project delivery and people management.
Working closely with R&D, Production, Quality and Supply Chain, you'll ensure new products are successfully industrialised, manufacturing capability is in place, and your engineering team is equipped to deliver.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Test & Integration function, providing technical leadership across NPI and manufacturing readiness.
Manage, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team.
Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) from prototype through to production.
Plan and deliver CAPEX projects for manufacturing test equipment and production capability.
Collaborate with R&D, Production, Quality, Supply Chain and suppliers to support product industrialisation.
Monitor departmental KPIs including quality, yield, throughput and delivery.
Lead continuous improvement, risk management and cost reduction initiatives.
Support audits and ensure manufacturing processes meet quality and compliance standards.
About You
You'll be an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in manufacturing, industrial engineering, test engineering or product industrialisation.
You'll ideally have experience of:
Leading engineering teams within a manufacturing environment.
New Product Introduction (NPI) and manufacturing readiness.
Manufacturing test, integration or production engineering.
Delivering CAPEX projects involving manufacturing equipment or facilities.
Working cross-functionally with R&D, Production, Quality and Supply Chain.
Driving continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
Requirements
Degree qualified in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Electronic or a related engineering discipline (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience managing engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and product industrialisation.
Excellent leadership, project management and stakeholder management skills.
Industry Experience
Experience in high-technology manufacturing environments such as electronics, photonics, optical communications, aerospace, defence, telecommunications, medical devices or precision engineering would be advantageous.

We're working with a fast-growing cybersecurity vendor that helps organisations improve their security posture through a partner-led model.
They are looking for a Partner Manager to take ownership of new partner onboarding, activation and early-stage growth.
This role is focused on making sure new partners understand the product proposition, know how to position it, and start generating revenue through the partner programme.
You'll own a portfolio of new direct partners until they are activated, growing and ready to move into a higher tier of the partner programme.
What you'll be doing
You'll manage the onboarding process for new direct partners, helping them understand the company's products, services and best practice approach.
You'll work closely with internal teams across partner management, customer experience and product to make the onboarding journey as smooth as possible.
You'll act as the main point of contact for new partners, building relationships, driving adoption and helping increase partner MRR.
You'll identify commercial opportunities with partners, build an initial pipeline and manage activity through Salesforce.
You'll also track partner performance, support QBRs, report on key metrics and help improve the onboarding process over time.
What they're looking for
The ideal candidate will have experience in partner management, channel account management, customer success, account management or partner enablement.
You'll need to be commercially minded, organised and confident working with partners at different stages of maturity.
Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, MSPs or technology services would be highly relevant.
Salesforce experience would be useful, as would experience tracking partner KPIs, activation, MRR growth and pipeline development.
