KHR are working with a National Refrigeration/Air Conditioning business that has been established for over 30 years and boasts an annual turnover exceeding £10 Million.
They currently employ approximately 140 staff including 100 engineers, and are looking to add another experienced Refrigeration Engineer to the team.
Due to business growth, they are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer who is capable of working on a wide range of refrigeration and air conditioning (80% refrigeration-focused) equipment including:

* VRV's
* Walk-in chillers/freezers

Starting salary will be £38,000 basic per annum with regular overtime that will see you earn anywhere from £1,000-2,000+ per month extra.

The Estimating Assistant will play a crucial role in the sales team, ensuring that the business secures all works tendered for; and successfully manages the order process from start to finish, acting as the point of contact for internal and external parties.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Acknowledging receipt of tender enquiries
- Log the tender return date ensuring applications are submitted on time
- Ensuring that details of the project are correct to make sure orders can be processed in a timely manner
- Obtain and update the details of the project/client
- Send sales materials and samples to the relevant project contact (Architect or Designer)
- Raise a Request For Information or Tender Clarification Request so that you can mark up the drawings accurately
- Build and maintain relationships with the Quantity Surveyors and Contractors
- Oversee the order process
- Obtain a receipt of orders
- Work closely with sales and sample-making teams
Candidate Profile
- Solid knowledge of order processing and cost estimation
- Experience in managing tender enquiries
- The ability to understand interpret and understand technical drawings
- Previous experience working in/with construction, architecture, engineering, fit-out etc
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- You must be energetic with a willingness to learn and develop
- High attention to detail, highly organised

We are working with a leading distribution company who are actively recruiting for a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to start immediately.
As the Marketing and Communications Coordinator you will be responsible for all marketing activities (digital and traditional), providing bespoke creative content whilst working with the wider group to help increase the reach and brand awareness of all businesses within the group.
Role responsibilities:
- Ensuring consistent messaging and brand values across all marketing platforms.
- Responsible for day-to-day support and planning of marketing resources vs deadlines.
- Support and management of artwork and marketing collateral.
- Responsible for media campaign elements.
- Press stories - Record all press / PR and adverts.
- Work with internal and external contributors and journalists.
- Event booking, planning and attendance - Book, communicate and liaise with staff responsible and liaise with event organisers.
- Writing creative content and edit general marketing and corporate company publications for all marketing platforms both digital and traditional.

As the Plant Operational Excellence Leader you will be the champion, support and lead implementation of Operation Excellence, Continuous Improvement and problem-solving initiatives within their Maidstone site.
You will be an essential element of the site's Continuous Improvement programme.
As the Plant Operational Leader, you will have the autonomy to operate across all functions and at all levels in the business to implement Operational Excellence requirements, tools and techniques, and will be able to implement Operational Excellence activities without conflict with everyday operational duties.
Duties include:
- Be the link with the cluster Operational Excellence Manager and the first point of contact for Operational Excellence support, advice and training in their representative site.
- To implement the local, country and cluster-level operational excellence strategy in line with the expectations of the Mill Manager, UK Operational Excellence Manager and Group Operational Excellence Director.
- To partner with the site leadership team to achieve controllable waste improvement and reduce raw material (paper, starch) and energy (steam) use.
- To act as a change agent for leading and managing continuous improvement processes on site whilst promoting a culture of accountability.
- To lead and support the digitalisation strategy (using systems and technology to streamline processes).
- To identify opportunities for improvement at the local level
- Have the tenacity to challenge the ‘Status Quo'
