Director of Contracts

The Director of Contracts will provide oversight to the Commercial Function, who are responsible for negotiating the terms and conditions in contracts and ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions and agreeing on any changes or amendments that may arise in the management of contracts made with customers, vendors, partners or employees.

They will ensure adherence with internal procedures on bid management and approval, and act as the conduit between the strategic business unit, sales and technical teams and other Group functions including Finance and Legal.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
Education to Degree level in Business, Law, Commerce etc, or equivalent experience.
Experience in the Defence market would be highly desirable.
Proven experience in Contracts management

Security Requirements:
Candidates must be eligible to obtain the relevant security clearance required for the role, due to the nature of the programmes delivered for customers.
