We are currently looking for a Social Worker to join an Adult's Locality Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.

About the team

This team works with a lot of complex safeguarding cases and so dealing with Court of Protection cases are a regular occurrence in this role.

Implementing care plans and packages, completing necessary safeguarding assessments and MCA's are all key responsibilities.

The team constantly aims to promote service user independence where appropriate whilst taking always taking into account their safety.

About you

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three years experience working in a mental health setting are essential for this position.

The successful candidate will be well versed in CoP case work and have experience in a team that deals with safeguarding, community based work or long term adult's caseholding.
