Personal Injury Fee Earner

Sacco Mann are recruiting for an experienced defendant Personal Injury Fee Earner, to join a well-established and well-respected law firm based in Newcastle upon Tyne.

The team deal predominantly with ELPL work, with a focus on public liability, local authority and abuse compensation.

The team work on high quality and complex cases, and you will be expected to come into this role with knowledge in this sector.

The role would suit either a qualified Chartered Legal Executive, or senior personal injury fee earner qualified by experience, who are confident in running defendant ELPL cases from instruction through to litigation process to trial and/ or settlement.

The company are keen to develop fee earners and focus on professional development.

The firm are welcoming applications from personal injury fee earners, ideally from a defendant background though strong claimant candidates will also be considered.
