Residential Conveyancer

Are you a Residential Conveyancer specialising looking to take on an exciting role at an ambitious law firm? Our client has offices across England but are looking to add to their Doncaster office.

Our client is a modern law firm and has various offices across the UK.

They have a strong presence across the regions, and they are looking to recruit a Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with strong Conveyancing experience to join their busy and successful team.

Your caseload will consist of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, right to buy and shared ownership.

You will be expected to hit the ground running and require minimal supervision from partners.

You will proactively seek new business and assist with departmental growth and development, building and maintain long-lasting client relationships.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar residential conveyancing role, excel at building relationships with clients and referrers and have meticulous attention to detail.

You will ideally hold a Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancing qualification, however those qualified by experience will still be considered.
