What We're Looking For:

• Experienced in managing busy shifts and leading teams to deliver exceptional service.
• A dedication to training and developing your team.
• Previous management experience in a high-volume restaurant environment is essential.
• Our client prioritises hiring locals, requiring you to live within a 45-minute commute of the restaurant, contributing to the community.
