Residential Conveyancer

We are currently looking for a highly experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our clients reputable residential conveyancing team in Newcastle.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a residential conveyancer with a minimum of five years' experience managing their own diverse caseload to contribute to a team that values excellence, client care, and collaboration.

In this fast paced environment, you will handle a broad range of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold, re-mortgage, transfer of equity, help to buy, new builds, shared ownership, company purchases, and auctions.

You will be responsible for managing an individual caseload of approximately 90-100 files, ensuring high standards of service and compliance, while providing guidance to junior fee earners and supporting business development initiatives.

The role demands efficiency, accuracy, and a proactive approach to client service and legal proceedings.

• At least five years' experience independently managing residential conveyancing caseloads


• Strong knowledge of complex property transactions and legal principles


• Ability to handle a full caseload of upwards of 90 files with minimal supervision


• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills


• Proactive, collaborative, and professional approach to work


• Experience in mentoring junior fee earners and working within a team-oriented environment
