Assistant General Manager

Salary: 65,000-68,000

I am working with a client who is a fast-casual seafood restaurant looking for a Assistant General Manager to join their team.

They are a seafood restaurant renowned for its focus on sustainably sourced products served in a casual and inviting atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting all operations
• Managing the front of house team 
• Collaborating with front and back of house team
• Establishing and maintaining team spirit
• Upholding service standards
• Training and supporting staff
• Maintaining brand standards
• Ensuring guests are having the ultimate dining experience

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar position, preferably from a fast-paced restaurant
• Experience in a Quick Service Restauant establishment
• Passionate about hospitality and creating incredible guest experience
• Great communication and organizational skills
• Strong team leader
