My client is seeking a motivated Assistant Centre Manager to support the smooth running of a premium serviced office space in Central London.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee daily operations, guide the team, and ensure an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support on-site staff to deliver excellent service
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards across the centre
- Manage rotas, absences, and team development plans
- Step in as Centre Manager when required
Requirements
- Strong people management and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a client-first mindset
- Ability to stay calm, adaptable, and solutions-focused under pressure
- Previous experience in operations, facilities, or hospitality leadership
- Rate: £30k - 35k per year + Bonus + Benefits
