The Role

• Align project management efforts with business goals and drive productivity
• Develop governance frameworks and standardize processes
• Ensure coordination across departments and stakeholders
• Introduce effective methodologies to improve efficiency and consistency
• Track project costs and assess business risks
• Mentor and train teams to build a high performing team
