I’m looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician to support the smooth operation of a landmark hospitality property in Amsterdam.

This hands-on role covers a wide variety of tasks, from routine repairs to keeping facilities safe, efficient, and in excellent condition.

Your Experience

• Previous maintenance experience, ideally within a hotel or hospitality setting
• Background in carpentry, electrical, or general technical skills preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is an advantage
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends when needed

Your Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day maintenance tasks across the property
• Perform electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs as required
• Maintain building facilities to a high standard, including walls, furniture, locks, fans, and air conditioning
• Support health & safety procedures, fire safety checks, and emergency action plans
• Work closely with the Maintenance Manager on projects and ensure work is properly documented
