Key Resin Company, a high-performance flooring manufacturer, is seeking a skilled warehouse maintenance technician.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in industrial maintenance.

Responsibilities include:

• General blend of building and light industrial maintenance.
  
  
• Building maintenance including painting, landscaping, janitorial, and other handyman type duties.
• Basic electrical, HVAC, and plumbing maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting and installations.
• Perform routine PM's and repairs on industrial equipment and facility infrastructure; maintain accurate records.
• Conduct minor welding tasks (MIG/Flux) as needed.
• Interpret and work from schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure equipment uptime and safety
• Help out other departments as needed.

• 1-5 years of maintenance or handy-man type experience, industrial maintenance or related field preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing and welding
• Reading and interpretating schematics and blueprints
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word.
  
  SAP/ERP a plus.
• Ability to lift 50-70 lbs.
  
  on a regular basis and occasionally move up to 100 lbs.
