Salary: $125K–$160K salary + bonuses and commission

A high-end private island retreat in the Caribbean is looking for a seasoned General Manager to lead daily operations, elevate guest experience, and oversee a diverse hospitality team.

This role blends luxury service, strategic leadership, and purpose-driven hospitality in a stunning wellness-focused setting.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead resort operations, guest services, and team performance
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and cost controls
• Maintain luxury standards across all areas of the property
• Work closely with ownership on strategic planning
• Support marketing, partnerships, and mission-aligned initiatives

You Bring:

• Caribbean experience is a MUST
• 6+ years in a GM or senior leadership role in luxury hospitality
• Proven operational, financial, and team management skills
• Strong guest service background with HNW clientele
• Passion for wellness, sustainability, and purpose-led travel
