MAINTENANCE MANAGER – PRIVATE ISLAND RESORT
Location: British Virgin Islands

Salary: $78,000 USD + Bonuses

Join a luxury wellness resort in the BVI as Maintenance Manager.

You'll lead all property systems — electrical, mechanical, HVAC, water, pools, boats, vehicles — and oversee a skilled team to keep operations running safely and smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage all maintenance across the island
• Lead team scheduling, inventory, and preventative plans
• Handle contractors, emergencies, and infrastructure upkeep
• Support sustainability and energy systems

You Bring:

• Caribbean experience is a MUST
• 5+ years in facilities or technical leadership
• Hands-on knowledge of key systems
• Strong team management and problem-solving skills
