Location: 5-Star Luxury Hotel, Las Vegas, Nevada
Contract: Seasonal Consulting | Mid-November – Mid-January (with potential extension through Chinese New Year)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Cantonese Sous Chef to support our consulting culinary team in creating authentic Cantonese cuisine for an exclusive guest experience in Las Vegas.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist the Head Chef in preparing and executing Cantonese dishes, including 1st Wok, 1st Cutter, Dim Sum, and Chinese BBQ.
  • Supervise daily production and ensure consistent quality and presentation.
  • Support special requests and VIP dining experiences across the property.
  • Work closely with other culinary leaders to maintain authenticity and excellence.

Qualifications:


  • Background in Cantonese cuisine with strong hands-on cooking experience.
  • From Hong Kong or Guangdong province, with a deep understanding of authentic flavors and techniques.
  • Experience working in luxury or high-volume kitchens preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:


  • $600 per day consulting fee
