I’m looking for an experienced Rooms Division Manager to join a luxury resort in Cyprus.

This is an exciting opportunity to take a senior leadership role overseeing all Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services operations, ensuring guests receive exceptional service and the highest standards of comfort and care.

Your Experience


  • Minimum 4 years’ leadership experience in Rooms Division within a 4- or 5-star hotel or resort
  • Proven background managing large teams and multiple departments
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Greek or another European language is an advantage
  • Must be eligible to live and work in the EU

Your Responsibilities


  • Oversee daily operations across Front Office, Guest Services, and Housekeeping
  • Ensure smooth guest journeys and consistently high service standards
  • Lead, motivate, and support department heads to meet service and financial goals
  • Maintain room quality, cleanliness, and presentation in collaboration with maintenance teams
  • Implement and monitor operational procedures to ensure efficiency
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control initiatives
  • Review guest feedback and take proactive action to improve satisfaction
  • Conduct regular team training and development sessions
  • Act as Manager on Duty when required, ensuring service consistency throughout the property
