We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive enterprise sales of flexible office solutions in Turkey.

This is an inside-sales role focused on calling, prospecting, and closing deals with companies of 200+ employees.

Your Experience


  • Proven track record in B2B sales or business development
  • Experienced in selling to enterprise clients
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with senior executives
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
  • Fluent in Turkish and English

Your Responsibilities


  • Actively prospect and secure new enterprise clients
  • Conduct calls, follow-ups, and manage multiple leads
  • Progress opportunities through the full sales cycle to close
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and sales reporting
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Identify and pursue revenue growth opportunities
