Requirements/Experience:
, Proven experience as a Residential Manager or Deputy Manager in children's residential care
, Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification (or working towards for DM)
, Full UK driving licence
, Ofsted inspection experience
, Ability to lead, inspire and support a staff team to deliver high-quality care
