This includes but is not limited to communication with:       WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) daily and before starting new projects (ensure any/all communication with the Sales Reps is also shared with the Supervisor.
    Sales Rep weekly and/or as needed and before new projects.
    WTI crew members will discuss the scope of work, daily tasks, and the overall schedule.    Customer/Client (as needed or required by the Sales Rep) daily and/or weekly.
     Efficient management of projects will include managing the crew's start and end times, daily productivity (hours, man-days, etc.), and ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently.
Complete the project per the approved scope of work or specification and after issuance by the Supervisor.

  Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500.
  Submit all proposals of over $20,000 to the Supervisor for review and approval before submitting them to the GS Administrator for logging and distribution to the Sales Rep.

You will be part of a permanent senior management team.
 You will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight, and ensuring practice and values deliver positive outcomes for children, young people and their families.
As a strategic leader you will be expected to contribute to the operational management and development of the wider service, working closely with the Assistant Director and other Heads of Service for Children's Services.
