ASSOCIATE PRODUCT MANAGER
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Associate Product Manager plays an active role in the planning, organization, and management of an assigned product or product line(s) from conceptual stages through product life cycles to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives by performing the following duties under the direct supervision of the Director of Product Management or Sr.

System Monitoring & Incident Management
Monitor system health, performance, and connectivity in partnership with corporate IT. Proactively identify issues or potential issues and escalate to the appropriate team(s) for recurring or critical issues. Monitor and follow-up on escalated issues. If required, identify, implement and train on any required workarounds until issues are resolved. Log, track, and resolve support tickets from Service Now or other communication methods. Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions for analytics.
Mobile App Support
Assist end users with mobile app setup, usage, and troubleshooting. If/When applicable, ensure proper syncing between mobile and backend systems.
Testing & Validation
Support testing of new features, patches, and integrations in partnership with Corporate IT. Help communicate and validate bug fixes prior to system updates before deployment. Help coordinate, monitor and receive feedback during User Acceptance Testing, track all issues/requests and follow through in partnership with corporate IT to resolution
Training & Documentation
Create training programs and post-go-live support.
Remain business point of contact through to resolution.
Create user guides, videos, FAQs, and training materials. Conduct all end-user training to new and existing end users. Develop change management strategies to support user adoption.
Integration Support
Partner with corporate IT and external partners for troubleshooting issues, monitoring data flows and ensuring synchronization between integrated systems.

Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew.

Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks The customer pre-arrival, at arrival and at completion of the day's work WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project, and crew updates, etc. Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times and production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently, and completing the project per the scope or work or specification. The WTI Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.

These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily. Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew.

These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensure Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy. Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry. Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them.

Here's what you can expect every day: Ensure schedule adherence and quality standards are met. Provide direction to associates in Production Dept. Maintain employee records, Kronos/Payroll, corrective action, warnings, etc. Adhere to company policies, Federal, State Local requirement and ISO Standards. Ensure all operations are in compliance with all procedures, rules and regulations. Perform routine inspection on all production activities assuring that quality standards are met. Document training of all associates on new procedures and equipment.
Keep employees trained and well informed on new processes. Work with Maintenance Manager and Mechanics on all equipment problems, change-overs and issues concerning safety in all departments. Oversee shift clean up tasks, communicate safety and processing concerns as well as issues with regulatory compliance. Communicate results/ concerns/ issues with Managers, Purchasing and Production Scheduler. Ensure shift to shift hand-off is completed and problems are addressed via email to Production Manager and other shifts. Accomplish related results as assigned. The role of Health and Safety Officer
The business are looking for a highly competent and experienced Health and Safety Officer to support their engineering and manufacturing operations across their sites.
This is a hands-on role that requires an in-depth understanding of industry-specific risks and legal responsibilities, including compliance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM 2015).
The successful candidate will lead initiatives to ensure best practice, deliver on-site support, deliver tool-box talks, and foster a culture of safety throughout the organisation.
Key Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Officer:
Toolbox Talks: Deliver regular and engaging toolbox talks across engineering and manufacturing teams, tailored to site-specific hazards and safety updates.
CDM Regulations Compliance: Ensure adherence to CDM Regulations 2015, particularly where engineering projects involve construction, refurbishment, or design elements.
Advise duty holders on their roles and responsibilities under CDM.

PPE Oversight: Monitor and manage the provision and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring staff are properly equipped and trained in its correct use.
Policy & Documentation Updates: Review and update health and safety policies, risk assessments, method statements, and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation.
Legislation Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant health and safety legislation and industry standards; ensure prompt integration into business practices.
Key Skills Needed for the Health and Safety Officer Role
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
IOSH Qualification
Strong background in health and safety within the engineering and manufacturing sector - essential
Detailed working knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015
Proven track record of successfully implementing HSE strategies on operational sites
Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Proficient in preparing and managing health and safety documentation
IT literate, with experience using H&S management systems and tools
Desirable Criteria:
NEBOSH General Certificate (or higher)
