This is a hands-on role where you will lead both the front- and back-of-house teams, ensuring every guest enjoys exceptional food, drinks, and service. The venue prides itself on seasonal, scratch-cooked dishes using artisan suppliers, complemented by a curated selection of craft beers, wines, and cocktails.
You will manage menu development, supplier relationships, budgets, P&L, and operational efficiencies, while also driving growth through events and innovative guest experiences.
