Recruitment Consultant

Basic £25,000 - £35,000 DOE plus uncapped commission

Location: Bournemouth

Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm (earlier finish on a Friday)

Currently in our 10th year, we are about to enter an exciting period of growth here at Talent Sure.

With a new, state of the art database and an exceptional team to work with, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Bournemouth, specialising in the commercial recruitment sector.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Generating leads and opportunities through various channels, including networking, outbound calling, LinkedIn, etc


• Developing new and existing business relationships with clients and candidates


• Sourcing and screening suitable candidates


• Building and maintaining rapport with candidates and clients


• Working towards targets and KPIs


• Placing the right people in the right roles

You will need to have excellent communication and listening skills, a high level of energy and enthusiasm, and a strong relationship-building ability.

You will also need to be adaptable, innovative, and proactive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Upon completion of probation, the role can be hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 at home.
