Linking Humans is delighted to partner with a leading ServiceNow Partner seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst.

This role is essential for those who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about leveraging technology to solve business challenges.

Role Overview: As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will be integral to our client's operations, ensuring that business requirements are precisely translated into technical specifications within the ServiceNow platform.

This position is based in London, requiring two days per week onsite, with flexibility on remote working for the remaining days.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver comprehensive ServiceNow solutions.
• Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.
• Develop detailed documentation, including process flows and requirements specifications, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow capabilities.
• Work alongside developers and project managers to ensure successful implementation of ServiceNow features and modules.
• Provide insights and recommendations on best practices and process improvements.
• Lead user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within ServiceNow environments.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow's capabilities and how it can be configured to meet business objectives.
• Excellent analytical skills with an ability to translate business requirements into functional designs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with multiple teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
