The ideal candidate has previous experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, along with ServiceNow certifications in/or ITSM, CSM, or FSM.

Pre-sales support expertise and previous team leadership experience are also crucial.

British nationality and current SC Clearance are mandatory for this role.
