Operations Director – Up to £150,000 (DOE)

The Role:

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced and highly hands-on Operations Director to lead a dynamic, growing group of wet-led venues in London.

This is a rare opportunity to join a business that places high energy, exceptional drinks, and vibrant atmosphere at the heart of its offering.

The right candidate will be London-based, thrive in fast-paced bar environments, and have proven experience overseeing multiple high-volume, wet-led venues.

Key Requirements:

• Must have strong, senior-level experience in wet-led bar operations
• Hands-on leadership style – this is not a desk-based role!
• Comfortable working weekends
• Proven track record of driving sales, operational excellence, and team performance across multiple sites
• Strong understanding of the London hospitality scene
