What’s going on?

I am looking to speak with budding superstars who are serious about food and hospitality.

The food is exceptional, the service is warm, informal, and knowledgeable – with it being an intimate setting we’re looking for characters who can read a room, be an extension of your guests table and really tailor your service to meet your guests needs.

Reporting into a General Manager – you will be developed and coached as the business expands.

The Person:

• We’re looking for quality experience – pedigree restaurants in this field, which are product led and known for their service – is essential.
• Confident leading a team.
• Dynamic individual
• Personality is key – warm, likeable and oozes passion for our industry is essential.
• Ideally have experience in premium, open kitchen dining is desirable.
• Hospitality in your DNA – love to provide an experience for the guest.
• Ability to upsell and really work a table – giving the guest an experience that is complimentary to the excellent food.
