Revenue Manager – Cyprus

Luxury Hotel in Paphos, Cyprus

Ideal background: luxury hotel or resort

Key focus: improve performance and RevPAR

Salary: circa €25,000 - €30,000 per annum + bonus.

Languages : Greek and English

We are seeking a dynamic Revenue Manager to join the team of this luxury resort hotel in Paphos, Cyprus.

KEY POINTS:

• Ensure the accurate pricing strategies for the hotel
• Devise and execute plans to develop multiple channels and take initiatives to boost demand
• Work closely with General Manager and reservations team to develop processes
• Check accuracy of reservations and presentation of the hotel by various partners.
• Monitor closely property performances
• Analyse data and offer solutions to improve occupancy and RevPAR
• Identify trends, patterns, outliers and deep dive on core issues
• Working on Excel and understand basic data analytics.
• Develop an environment of best practice including: competitor analysis; distribution yield management; inventory availability by channel; pricing control; new pricing concepts; etc

THE SUCCESSFUL REVENUE MANAGER MUST:

• Good head for numbers, attention to details
• Current or previous experience in reservations, revenue or other relevant position.
• Yield Management qualification is a bonus
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to operate with a certain level of autonomy
• Proven record of strong administrative and efficient organisational skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, team spirit and great personality.
• Demonstrates high ethical values
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages
