The role of Bar Person: 

• Overseeing the bar operations with the bar manager  
• Follow standards along with health & safety regulations  
• Greet customers and create a welcoming atmosphere 
• Mix drinks 
• Take orders and payments 
• Prepare and serve drinks at the bar or at the table 
• Keep the bar clean and always stocked  
• Provide advice on drinks to suit customers' tastes
