New opportunity for an Italian cuisine experienced Sous Chef to join the leadership team at this stunning 5

* hotel based in Egypt’s Red Sea area.

We are looking for Sous Chefs with Italian cuisine expertise from busy international hotel restaurant or stand-alone restaurant operations experience within Middle Eastern & European markets.

The Sous Chef assists the Executive Chef in overseeing the daily operations of the hotel kitchen.

This includes food preparation, menu execution, inventory management, staff supervision, and ensuring the highest culinary standards and hygiene protocols are maintained.

Requirements:


  • Remote Location
  • 4–5

    * hotel or restaurant experience
  • Expert in Italian cuisine
  • Single status travel only
