Director of Delegate Services - Maternity Cover (12-15 Month FTC)

Remote/Hybrid (1 day pw in SW based office)

I am working with a leading events business in London looking for a Director of Delegate Services to head up and grow their delegate division.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an innovative, hands-on leader with strong technical and operational expertise in events.

This is a hybrid position with expectation of 1 day per week in their Southwest based office.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a dedicated delegate services team
• Oversee delegate management, website builds, apps, and on-site solutions
• Drive operational excellence and achieve financial targets
• Support client proposals, event delivery, and ongoing process improvement

About You:

• Experienced in event operations and delegate technology (Cvent experience essential)
• Proven leadership skills with a collaborative, supportive approach
• Commercially focused and results-driven
• Passionate about creating exceptional delegate experiences and driving innovation
