The Role: Maintenance Engineer – Luxury Boutique Hotel

Location: Oxfordshire

Salary: Up to £45,000

Our client is a Luxury Boutique Hotel in the Oxfordshire.

We are looking for an all-rounded individual that will be able to plan long term maintenance project as well as fixing immediate issues.

Along with this you will be a hands-on, well versed in all basic maintenance and repairs work, painting and with knowledge and experience of health and safety procedures.

About the role:

• Carry out repairs and maintenance issues throughout the property
• Ensure that all duties and performance standards comply with H&S procedures
• Carry out regular inspections of all areas
• Ensure that maintenance projects are completed

Skills and Responsibilities:

• Previous experience in a similar role within hotels
• Qualifications in trade would be preferred
• Swimming poll & Spa experience
• A well organised individual with great communication skills
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Full driving license
