I’m working with a fast-growing, private equity-backed hospitality group managing multiple consumer-facing brands across Europe.

After a phase of rapid expansion and acquisitions, the company is looking to strengthen its finance team by hiring a Financial Controller to lead consolidation, investor reporting, and drive process improvements.

Your Experience:

Must-Haves:

• Qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with 3+ years’ experience
• Solid knowledge of group consolidation, financial reporting, and controls
• Experience in multi-entity international finance environments
• Confident working independently and driving process improvements
• Fluent in German and English

Nice-to-Haves:

• Background in hospitality, retail, or private equity-backed companies
• Hands-on experience with IFRS and HGB accounting standards
