JOB DESCRIPTION



Summary:



Carboline Global Inc.

is looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis.

This position will assist in the annual budget process, monthly close and reporting, help maintain all sales reports, oversee U.S.

reporting, and support the VP of Finance in all ad hoc analysis.





Minimum Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.


  • Minimum 4 Years of relevant experience.




Physical Requirements:



This position requires minimal physical activity but does require computer usage for an extended period of time - up to 8 hours in a day.

No unusual environmental, lifting or exertion requirements are associated with this position.





Essential Functions:




  • Assist in budget schedule preparation for all regions, divisions, entities & consolidations.


  • Responsible for all balance sheet forecasts and budgets.


  • Assist in loading all domestic forecast and budget P&Ls & BSs into Hyperion.


  • Responsible for maintaining the financial statements and budget.


  • Perform daily and monthly analyses related to sales, gross profits, expense and operating income.


  • Assist in reviewing all aspects of the financial statements during month-end closing process.


  • Assist VP of Finance with ad hoc financial analysis.

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reporting schedules.


  • Responsible for managing the month-end close process for general accounting responsibilities.


  • Responsible for managing a small team of analysts.


  • Responsible for overseeing general accounting functions such as AP, IC, Cash, and SG&A.


  • Assist as needed in compiling any audit requests both internal and external.


  • Create financial reporting schedules to aid all levels of management in analyzing the company's performance.


  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.
