We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and guest-focused Assistant Manager to join a rapidly growing business within the sports and leisure sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about customer service, hospitality, and sport, looking to take the next step in their career.

You will be supporting the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a busy venue, including responsibility for the food and beverage outlets, team supervision, and delivering a first-class guest experience.

• Experience in hospitality, leisure, or retail management
• Strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach
• A genuine passion for customer service and guest experience
• Interest in sport and a team-oriented mindset
• Confidence managing day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment

Role Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in all aspects of venue operations
• Lead, train, and motivate front-line staff
• Oversee the food and beverage outlets and ensure service standards are consistently high
• Maintain operational efficiency and ensure a safe, welcoming environment
• Drive excellent guest feedback and continuous improvement
