The Role

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will work closely with partners and colleagues across a wide variety of complex and high-value commercial property matters.

This role offers a rich mix of transactional and advisory work, including development, investment, and landlord and tenant matters.

You will manage your own caseload and contribute to the wider team's success through collaboration, expertise and client care.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a range of real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations.


• Advising on land and development matters, including conditional contracts and options.


• Handling asset management work such as lease renewals, rent reviews, licences, and surrenders.


• Supporting clients on property finance and structuring matters.

About you

• 4+ PQE with experience in Commercial Property.


• Technical excellence and sound judgment in managing complex property matters.


• Strong drafting and analytical skills with attention to detail.


• A team-focused approach with the ability to work under pressure.


• A client-centric mindset and confidence in handling client relationships.
