Residential Conveyancer

SaccoMann have been instructed on a fantastic opportunity for two Residential Conveyancers to join a successful law firm's Scunthorpe office.

This would suit an individual with previous experience in handling their own Residential Conveyancing caseload.

In return, there is hybrid working available and you will be entitled to 2 days working from home.

Over their many years of establishment, the firm have expanded across the Lincolnshire region and have truly made a name for themselves as a reputable and successful law firm.

The role
- Managing your own caseload of sales and purchase files from start to finish
- Maintaining close contact with your clients and updating them at each stage of their case to ensure excellent client care is exercised
- You will be responsible for each transaction from instruction all the way through to completion
- Self-starting tasks and projects with minimal supervision
The ideal candidate
- You must be an experienced Conveyancer, either Licensed, a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or qualified by experience, to be considered for this position
- You will have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- You will be organised with the ability to effectively prioritise your work.
