Position: General Manager 
Salary: £45,000–£50,000 
Location: Mayfair, Central London 

Are you an experienced General Manager ready to take on a key role in a new, high-quality casual Restaurant/Café opening in Mayfair? 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing luxury café brand in the heart of Mayfair.

With people at the heart of the business, you’ll find a positive culture and a company that truly invests in its team.

As the first site in London, this role offers the chance to shape the business from the ground up and progress into an Operations role as the brand grows. 

Skills and Experience: 


  • Proven experience managing a branded or independent café, restaurant, or casual dining venue 

  • Self-starter with the ability to think independently and drive sales 

  • Strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences 

  • Committed to training, motivating, and developing your team 

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a management role 

  • Confident in stock management, budgeting, P&L control, and venue marketing
