They’re looking for an Operations Manager to drive the next phase of growth and take the business to the next level.

The Role:

You’ll have a proven track record of driving growth, with high-volume experience across multiple sites (up to 10).

You’ll be innovative, creative, and always put people first – whether that’s your team or your guests.

You’ll have a strong commercial and financial understanding, be strategic in your thinking, and genuinely enjoy pushing the business forward.

You’ll be comfortable marketing and promoting the brand, and you’ll thrive on having a real impact on the company’s success.

Leadership is key – you’ll inspire your team, deliver results, and set the standard for performance.

The Person:

• Experienced in Restaurant, Fast Casual, QSR, Retail, Leisure, or Pub environments
• Commercially and financially astute
• Strategic thinker with strong people leadership skills
• Dynamic, forward-thinking, and hands-on
• Comfortable managing multiple sites and driving operational excellence
