The Opportunity

• Lead a brand-new opening with strong backing and a clear identity
• Drive exceptional food quality, consistency, and guest experience
• Maintain an energetic, late-night atmosphere while elevating operational standards
• Build and develop a passionate FOH team aligned with culture and service
• Own day-to-day operations including labor, scheduling, inventory, and cost controls
• Partner closely with culinary leadership to ensure food is the hero of the concept
• Be highly visible on the floor - this is a hands-on leadership role

• Proven General Manager experience in full-service or upscale casual restaurants
• Strong appreciation for food quality, execution, and kitchen collaboration
• Experience in late-night, high-volume, high-energy environments
• Confident leader who builds culture, accountability, and momentum
• Solid financial acumen (labor, P&L awareness, cost control)
• Calm, professional presence in fast-paced and nightlife-driven settings
